Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and tracking is provided. 

Items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely to your door.

Items are packed and shipped within 48 hours during M-F and will be processed the next business day if orders are placed over the weekend. 

Māedn Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims are the responsibility of the customer. If you do have an issue with shipping/tracking/damage upon arrival, please email maednthreads@gmail.com immediately (within 24 hours) of the above. 

Shipping times vary, so please track your package and allow time for items to arrive.
