Original artwork- leather scraps come together to create a nighttime desert scene. Natural edge leather pieces (no intentional cuts) form the mountain range. Hand-cut orange cactus and foil moon complete the scene - all stitched to peddle textured blue leather.
Finished in a very mid-mod second-hand frame with green velvet trim.
Subtle irregularities and natural wear in the materials are intentional and speak to the slow, handmade process behind the art.
